CCSAGE meeting featuring civic and business leaders on Sunday, March 15
On Sunday, March 15th, starting at 2:30 pm, the Annual General Meeting of CCSAGE NATURALLY GREEN will take place at Waring House, Picton. We invite you to attend, and bring a friend if you like.
The AGM will be short, to be followed by a meeting open to the public, ending by 4:30. We’ll update you on the Ostrander Point and White Pines wind projects, and present our featured speakers:
- Mayor Robert Quaiff, a leader in County government in opposing wind turbines.
- Steve Ferguson, Councillor for S. Marysburgh — Ground Zero for wind turbines.
- Norm Hardie, owner of Norman Hardie Vineyard and Winery.
- Norah Rogers, co-owner of the Waring House and other County businesses.
We look forward to hearing what County civic and business leaders have to say about the threats to the County posed by wind turbines and the government’s energy policy.
Coffee will be served and a cash bar will be open before, during and after. We expect a good turnout and hope that you’ll be able to attend.
