As the agenda had been circulated in advance of the meeting by email to members, there was no need to move acceptance of the agenda.

Anne Dumbrille initiated a discussion on where CCSAGE “goes from here”.

She asked if there was a precedent setting case that could be used.

Should we get an audience with the Province of Ontario once our action is dropped?

A public enquiry would be beneficial but highly unlikely.

John expressed his gratitude for Anne’s efforts and indicated that in discussion with Todd Smith MPP, Todd indicated that his government was working on something but did not elaborate further.

A general discussion followed with the meeting’s participants.

Anne asked that everyone send her an email of their ideas for continuation of CCSAGE.

The next step is to advise the appropriate parties that we are withdrawing our court proceedings.

Motion to adjourn made by John Hirsch at 3:10pm
